2. Data we handle
Contact
When you submit the form, we handle your name, email, subject, message, language, landing path, and campaign parameters present in the link. Referrer data is reduced to origin and path, without the full query.
First-party measurement
The website records page views and interactions on its own server without tracking cookies. A random, ephemeral identifier may remain in sessionStorage only while the tab is open. Names, emails, and messages are excluded from these events.
Local preference
Your browser may store your language choice in localStorage. This value remains on your device.
Security
The server temporarily uses the IP address to rate-limit abuse without including it in analytics events.
3. Purposes
- answer your request and assess a possible service, partnership, or purchase;
- protect the form from abuse;
- understand which pages, languages, and sources help visitors and generate contacts;
- diagnose technical failures without building advertising profiles.
The contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Promotional messages require a separate choice.
4. Providers and transfers
We use Google Cloud to host the website and temporarily store operational logs, and Hostinger to deliver contact-form emails. These providers process data under their contracts and security measures, including infrastructure outside Brazil when applicable. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
First-party events remain for 30 days in Cloud Logging's default operational bucket. Contact requests are kept while needed to answer, conduct the requested relationship, protect rights, or meet applicable obligations; the team periodically reviews contacts with no active relationship for deletion. Controls include length limits, validation, rate limiting, TLS, and restricted access to the institutional inbox.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, or deletion where applicable by emailing info@lumytics.com. Closing the tab ends the ephemeral measurement identifier.
We may update this policy when processes or providers change; the date above identifies the current version.
